property rights), and you hereby assign such right, title and interest to Heinz® Vinegar
without compensation to you. By submitting materials to us, you hereby
represent and warrant that you have the authority to grant such rights to Heinz® Vinegar.
Finally, you agree neither to assert nor to cause or encourage others to assert
against Heinz® Vinegar or its designees any claim based
on misappropriation, infringement, confidential relationship, implied contract
