Red Wine Vinegar
Red Wine Vinegar is the most popular of all flavored vinegars. Heinz® starts with a special Burgundy wine (a dry table wine), which is manufactured from grapes grown in New York and Georgia. The Burgundy grapes give our Red Wine Vinegar a rich, vibrant color and flavor, adding a robust taste to your favorite salad dressing, glaze or marinade.
Ingredients:
Burgundy wine vinegar dilute with water to 5% acidity, sulphur dioxide added to wine to protect color.

Heinz® Red Wine Vinegar
1 jar (4.5 oz.)
whole mushrooms, drained
2 teaspoons
honey
1 teaspoon
dried dill weed or 2 teaspoons fresh dill
Combine ingredients in skillet over medium-high heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring often. Simmer until liquid evaporates and mushrooms are glazed. Serve at room temperature. Makes 4 appetizer servings.
